Hand-painted plate of pink orchids with a green floral background by Reinhold Schlegelmilch of Tillowitz which was part of Prussia at the time.
The plate measures about 6 1/2 inches in diameter.
The gold edging is still in excellent condition for its age, but there are some slight flaws.
The back has two marks, one saying "Reinhold Schlegelmilch Tillowitz Germany", and the other is the R S Germany wreath mark. This plate dates from 1916-1930.
